Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

The price stated on the Enrolment Form must be the same as that on the Course Brochure or website.
The quoted price is the amount you will have to pay.
The quoted price includes access to a fully functional computer owned by AVUXENI Computer Academy, required software, and normal classroom facilities.
Items not included include learner/assessment guides, additional textbooks, stationery, refreshments, telephone calls, internet access, photocopies, transport, assessments and the graduation fee.
The graduation fee is R1100.00. Graduation is compulsory and the graduation fee is non-refundable once paid.
Registration, course and monthly payments are handled after approval from the NW Avuxeni student account.
NW Avuxeni Computer Academy is not responsible for payments made into staff members' personal accounts or money for which an official yellow receipt is not issued.
