📌 Application & Registration Process (Updated)

Dear Student,

Thank you for your interest in studying with NW Avuxeni Computer Academy.

Please follow the steps below to complete your application and registration for our new NQF Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5 programmes (starting 1 June 2026).

📝 Step 1: Application Process

• Complete the online application form

• Pay R170.00 for your student number at the start of the application process (NON-REFUNDABLE)

This payment confirms your application and allows you to proceed with registration steps.

📂 Step 2: Upload Required Documents

Please upload the following supporting documents:

• Certified copy of your ID

• Certified copy of your Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (or highest qualification)

• Proof of residence

• Passport-size photo

📘 Programmes Available

We are now offering:

• NQF Level 3 – Entry-level foundational certificate (e.g. End User Computing P7)

• NQF Level 4 – National Certificate (Matric-level equivalent)

• NQF Level 5 – Higher Certificate (introductory diploma-level studies)

These programmes are designed to build strong skills and support your academic and career growth.

📞 Step 3: Contact & Response

After submitting your application, you will receive a call within 1 working day for guidance and next steps.

💳 Step 4: Registration Fee

• R800.00 (once-off registration fee)

This payment must be made directly into the official bank account provided below.
